Pink Free

The answer is 30 minutes of exercise at a moderate level five times per week. Yes, a 70 percent reduction in breast cancer. Is that the theme of the pink ribbon campaign? How about that instead of "I love boobs" it could say "30 minutes 5 days a week". It would save millions of lives. Alas no, there is no money to be made telling people to exercise to save there life. In stead "prevention" is touted. Wait-- what they mean early is early detection. How? By you getting your yearly exposure of cancer causing radiation (the most damaging type by the way). That is backward. Luckily research is forcing a change in that policy much to the dismay of the mammogram rooms. It is a very profitable procedure to do. The new policy will be start later do less, less, less.

Next week, I will tell you what popular drugs, that my mom and 100% of all the patients I have ever seen that "got" (were given?) breast cancer took. It has an eight percent increase per year chance of causing cancer. I know you know someone who is or was on it. Well I've got to run... Literally, you should too. I am taking my German Sheppard with me. His name is buddy. He loves a run. Funny how animals innately love to exercise. Dr. Michael Brackney
