Stop Suviving Life and Start Living It!!

The truth about the human body is that it is constantly breaking down and this breakdown requires no energy and no help to do, it is totally passive. The only thing standing in the way of breakdown is repair. Repair requires energy and action is required to produce repair.

When breakdown is greater than repair disease occurs and in our current "health care" paradigm this leads to prescription drug use that DOES NOT facilitate repair. This route leads to further toxicity and increased breakdown in the body leading to further disease and more drugs that lead to either poor quality of life or early death and this cycle of death gets worse every year. The average number of prescriptions [drugs] per person, annually, in 1993 was seven. The average number of prescriptions [drugs] per person, annually, in 2000 was eleven, in 2004 was twelve. For all of this "health Care" we have gotten a ranking of 46 in mortality and 41 in infant mortality among modernized countries.

The secret to good health is simple. Repair must be equal to or greater than breakdown. Write down 2 lists: one of all the things you are doing to improve your health and one of all the things you are doing that decrease your health. Be honest with yourself, which is longer? For the majority of Americans the destructive list wins in a landslide.

To start balancing these lists you must follow 4 simple rules: Think Well, Move Well, Eat Well, and Maintain 100% nerve supply throughout your body. These are the principles that our office and true health are built on so start living them today.
